The  Practical Mental Training for Professional Football is made of an extensive and effective set of strategies to allow football players to improve their knowledge and use of psycho-physical skills in order to better perform during training and games.

In this course sport-specific tools will be provided to the athlete in order to:

better manage arousal and energetic psycho-physical energy;

set goal techniques;

improve the performance of athletic movements and reduce the margin of error through visual-imaginative techniques;

learn peculiar breathing techniques;

learn techniques to improve focus, especially for the defense (goalkeepers and defenders);

improve game organization skills, especially for midfielders, through visual-spatial techniques;

learn techniques to strengthen your self-confidence;

improve movement skills and influence opponent, especially for strikers, through reactivity techniques.

The course has a limited number (max 10 participants). A preliminary evaluation on the sportsman CV is required.
