Team Building is a methodology that Dr. Paolofabrizio De Luca uses both in the sports and organizational field to form and manage human resource groups. It includes a series of training strategies: team play, team experience and team wellbeing.
Through the game, shared experiences and moments of well-being promote the formation, growth and cohesion of the group. This methodology is often demanded by companies and sports companies when it comes to optimizing the performances of their employees or athletes. After a first phase of observation and of deep analysis of the needs and demands, the group structure and subsequent briefing stages are carried out, eg. with the chance of a recreational value, if the goal is to give the feeling of belonging to a team. The activity encourages workers and sports teams to reflect on the importance of doing their work in collaborative and pleasant relational contexts. In the football field, it is essential to create the right sense of identity in every team member. The footballer must live in person the "experience" of the so-called "culture" of football in an appropriate atmosphere of interaction. Team Building forms the player, but at the same time encourages him to live positively the work, the team and the environment. Direct culture experimentation is crucial to foster the learning of the right strategies. Each player has his peculiarities and resources that he needs to integrate in the team at his best by following the example of the veterans and transmitting it to the young. A winning team knows that its group works well through the intervention and coordination of the sports psychologist.
